Return and Refund Policy
- * We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- * You can return regular priced items within thirty (30) days of purchase.
- * All sale products are final sale.
- * Items must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or MODIFIED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
- * Any items sent back with no hang tags, in an unclean, worn or bad condition, or devoid of any Return Authorization will not be refunded. It is up to the buyer to organize shipping if they want the merchandise sent back to them.
U.S. & Canada Hassle-Free Returns
- * We provide FREE RETURNS (from USA & Canada) for online store credit. We furthermore manage returns for a refund to your original way of payment (ie. credit card) and will demand a handling and processing service charge of $5.99 which will be taken off from the sum refunded to you. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- * If you need to return a product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org , quoting your order #, within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order, so that we can issue a Return Authorization # and a UPS return shipping label. Please comply with return guidelines and do not send back until you get shipping instructions.
- * Returns cannot be managed via phone
Refunds and Processing
- * For any merchandise returned outside the 30-day window, refunds will no longer be applicable. For products returned between 30-60 days, a store credit will be available. No store credits or refunds can be offered on products outside the 60-day window.
- * Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship or already in transit.
- * The Style Cupid corporate office and StyleCupid.com can only agree to returns of product purchased directly from our office or internet store. We will not accept returns or exchanges of products obtained at another retail or online location for any reason. All returns must be made at the shop where the item was originally bought. The return policy of that store will apply.
- * For hygienic purposes, please ensure that swimsuits and any bottoms are tried on over your underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we will decline returns of products where it is evident that this hasn’t been done, or if the hygienic strip has been taken off or replaced.
- * When your return has been received and it is in accordance with our returns policy, we will send your money back by your original payment method. Unfortunately we are unable to refund duties, taxes or shipping fees.
- * Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- * Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.StyleCupid.com
- * Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
- * Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
