Blackberry Mojito

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. blackberries
fresh mint leaves
Juice of 2 limes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. light rum
Crushed ice
club soda
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, muddle blackberries. Set aside.
Place mint leaves in bottom of glasses. Divide and spoon blackberry mixture on top.
Add rum, sugar, and lime juice and stir to combine. Top with crushed ice.
Add club soda and garnish with mint leaves and more blackberries.
Sunny Rum

INGREDIENTS
12 oz. orange juice
3 oz. light rum
2 tbsp. grenadine
lime slices, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine orange juice and rum. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture.
Pour 2/3 of the orange juice mixture into 2 ice-filled glasses. Set aside.
Mix reserved orange juice and rum with 2 tbsp. grenadine. Slowly pour into each glass so it settles on the bottom, creating an ombré effect.
Garnish with lime slices.
Strawberry Daiquiri

INGREDIENTS
4 oz. light rum
1/2 c. fresh strawberries, chopped, plus more for garnish
1 (10-oz.) bag frozen strawberries, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Sliced lime, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Put rum, fresh and frozen strawberries, and lime juice into blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and garnish with lime slices and whole strawberries.
Grapefruit Delight

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. cognac
2 oz. grapefruit juice
1 oz. Cointreau
Grapefruit slice, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cognac, Cointreau, and grapefruit juice. Shake until chilled.
Strain into a glass and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Creamy Pineapple Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
5 c. frozen pineapple
3/4 c. coconut milk
1/2 c. coconut rum
1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
Pineapple slices, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Blend frozen pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender.
Pour into a ziplock bag and snip off a corner with scissors. Pipe into glasses and garnish each with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
